Which companies did Zeta Global agree to acquire in October 2026?

Two companies. Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA) announced a definitive agreement to acquire Senso, a Y Combinator-backed AI engineering company whose technology helps power Zeta’s Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) offering, on October 5, 2026. A day later, on October 6, it announced an agreement to acquire Digital Audience, a data infrastructure company focused on identity and activation across digital channels.

Both companies were already integrated with Zeta’s platform. Senso co-founder and CEO Saroop Bharwani and his team will join Zeta, and Digital Audience, led by founder and CEO Ruben Niet, adds data and AI engineers and enterprise relationships in Europe. Zeta did not disclose financial terms for either deal, and said further announcements would come at its Zeta Live 2026 conference on October 8.
