Google AI Ultra costs $99.99 per month for the 5x tier or $199.99 per month for the 20x tier in the United States, before applicable tax.
As of November 7, 2026, Google’s Google AI plans page lists Google AI Ultra 5x at $99.99 a month with five times the Gemini usage limits of Google AI Pro, 20 TB of storage and 10,000 Google Flow credits a month. Google AI Ultra 20x costs $199.99 a month and includes twenty times Pro’s limits, 30 TB of storage and 25,000 Flow credits. The same page states that Ultra plans are billed monthly only, so there is no annual discount, unlike Google AI Pro at $199.99 a year. The Gemini subscriptions page confirms both prices and adds a YouTube Premium individual plan. Google introduced the $100 tier at I/O 2026 and cut the top tier from $250 to $200, according to the Google blog, so pages quoting $249.99 are out of date.
