Microsoft Copilot is free with usage limits; paid consumer access costs $9.99 to $99.99 a month in the United States through Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Premium, and Pro.
As of November 7, 2026, Microsoft’s Copilot pricing for individuals lists Microsoft 365 Personal at $9.99 a month, Family at $12.99, Premium at $19.99 and Pro at $99.99. All four plans include Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps for the subscription owner, with usage rising from higher-than-free on Personal and Family to extensive on Premium and highest on Pro. The FAQ on that page confirms a limited free Copilot remains available, and Microsoft 365 Premium is also sold annually for $199.99 on the Microsoft Store. Microsoft stopped selling standalone Copilot Pro when it launched Premium, according to the Microsoft Copilot blog, so pages that still quote Copilot Pro at $20 a month are out of date for new buyers.
