Who is performing at the 2027 Super Bowl halftime show?

Jay-Z will headline the Super Bowl LXI halftime show in February 2027, the NFL announced in late October 2026.

The game is scheduled for February 14, 2027, near Los Angeles, at the same stadium where the rapper, whose real name is Shawn Carter, played two shows the weekend before the announcement as part of a tour marking 30 years since his debut album, Reasonable Doubt. It will be his first time performing at the Super Bowl, even though his company, Roc Nation, has produced the halftime show since 2019 and he helps choose each year’s act. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said his only request when the league partnered with Roc Nation was that Jay-Z take the stage himself one day. No guest performers have been confirmed, although the NFL said his wife, Beyoncé, “will be atop the list” of fan speculation. Jay-Z follows recent headliners including Bad Bunny, Kendrick Lamar, Usher, Rihanna and The Weeknd. He has won 25 Grammy awards and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2021.
