NARUTO×NINKŪ is a new limited-series TV anime that crosses Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto with Koji Kiriyama’s 1990s ninja manga Ninku. It was detailed at New York Comic Con on October 10, 2026. In the original story, Naruto acts as Team 7’s captain while Kakashi is away, and Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura accidentally wander into the world of Ninku.
Both creators are supervising, Noriyuki Abe is directing, and Tetsuya Nishio is the character designer. Kishimoto has said Ninku inspired him to create Naruto. No premiere date was given in the announcement.
