To cancel a Gemini subscription such as Google AI Pro, go to gemini.google.com, click Settings at the bottom, then Manage subscription, which opens Google One settings, and click Cancel membership, then Cancel. Paid Gemini plans are billed as Google One memberships, so you can also cancel at one.google.com under Settings, then Cancel membership, and confirm.
As of November 4, 2026, in the Google One app on Android, tap Menu, Settings, then Cancel membership. On iPhone or iPad, open the Google One app, tap Menu, Membership plans, Manage plan, then Cancel membership, which opens Apple’s subscription page where you tap Cancel Subscription. If you signed up through a phone carrier or another provider, cancel on that provider’s website or app.
Google says you should get a confirmation that the subscription is canceled. Once the plan ends, you lose Pro features in the Gemini app and the extra Google One storage, and your account keeps up to 15 GB of free storage. In most countries, Google storage plan purchases are non-refundable.
