No. Stray Kids’ record label, JYP Entertainment, confirmed in early October 2026 that the K-pop group did not submit any music for consideration at the 2027 Grammy Awards. In a short statement, JYP said only: “Stray Kids did not submit for the Grammys.” The group joins BTS, which said in July that it would not submit songs in any category.
The announcement came hours after Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. confirmed that the new, controversial Asian pop music category will go ahead at the 2027 ceremony. All eight Stray Kids members were given Recording Academy voting privileges earlier in 2026, and Grammy nominations will be announced on December 10.
