To cancel a Microsoft Copilot subscription, go to account.microsoft.com/services, sign in with the Microsoft account you used to buy it, find the subscription and select Manage, then select Cancel (it might say Upgrade or Cancel) and follow the instructions on the page.
As of November 4, 2026, Microsoft no longer sells Copilot Pro. It stopped when it introduced Microsoft 365 Premium on October 1, 2025, so paid Copilot for individuals now usually comes with a Microsoft 365 plan such as Personal, Family or Premium. If you still see a Copilot Pro entry, cancel it the same way. If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, the plan is already set to expire on the date shown and you won’t be charged again.
If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancel with that store instead. Canceling a Microsoft 365 plan reduces your storage to 5 GB of cloud storage and 15 GB of Outlook.com storage, and on Family or Premium it also reduces storage for everyone you share with. Microsoft Copilot is separate from GitHub Copilot, which you cancel in your GitHub settings.
