To export your Grok data, open the Grok mobile app or grok.com, go to Settings/Data Controls, and use the download control for your account data.
As of November 5, 2026, SpaceXSI’s Consumer FAQs say you control access, download, and deletion of your data from the Grok mobile app or Grok.com under Settings/Data Controls. If you need more personal-data help, SpaceXSI points you to the privacy portal at https://x.ai/privacy-portal/, and it responds under applicable data protection laws. Related Data Controls on those surfaces also cover Delete All Conversations, Delete Account, and the Improve the model training toggle. After you request deletion, SpaceXSI says removal from its systems can take up to 30 days. If you use Grok inside X, follow the X Help Center instead of the SpaceXSI consumer download path. Private Chat history is not kept for you to reopen and is deleted from SpaceXSI systems within 30 days, so download regular chats before you rely on that mode if you need a lasting copy.
