ChatGPT Business costs $25 per user per month on monthly billing, or $20 per user per month billed annually, for a Standard seat, and every workspace needs at least two paid seats.
As of November 8, 2026, the OpenAI Help Center also lists a Premium seat at $125 per user per month on monthly billing, or $100 per user per month billed annually. Premium has the same access as Standard but higher usage limits for ChatGPT Work and Codex and no five-hour usage limit. You can mix seat types, so two Standard seats, two Premium seats or one of each meets the minimum.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by country and currency. ChatGPT Business is the former ChatGPT Team plan, renamed on August 29, 2025, so pages that still quote Team pricing may be out of date. API usage is not included and is billed separately, and OpenAI says it won’t train on your workspace’s data. OpenAI’s pricing documentation shows the same $20 and $25 Standard rates.
