You cannot delete a separate Gemini account: Gemini signs in with your Google Account. To remove Gemini data, delete your Gemini Apps activity and turn off Keep Activity; to remove the account itself, delete your Google Account.
As of November 5, 2026, Google’s Gemini Apps Help says you can open gemini.google.com, choose Settings & help, then Activity (or go to myactivity.google.com/product/gemini), select Delete All time, then Turn off or Turn off and delete activity. Deleting activity starts removal from Google’s systems; chats that human reviewers already saw can be kept for up to three years. On Android, Google also documents how to delete the Gemini mobile app, which does not by itself remove Gemini as your default digital assistant.
To delete the Google Account that powers Gemini, open the Data & privacy section of myaccount.google.com, choose More options, then Delete your Google Account. That also removes Gmail, Drive and other Google services on that account, so cancel any Google AI plan first if you only want to stop paying.
