To export your Gemini Apps data, go to takeout.google.com, sign in with the same Google Account you use for Gemini Apps, select Deselect all under Select data to include, then check Gemini for Gems and/or My Activity filtered to Gemini Apps for chats, generated media and uploads, and select Next step.
As of November 5, 2026, Google’s Gemini Apps Help article “Download your Gemini Apps data” says you then choose a delivery method (email download link active for 7 days, or Add to Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Box), choose Export once or a recurring frequency, pick .zip or .tgz and a max archive size, and select Create export. Downloading does not delete activity from Google’s servers. Archives can take a few hours to a few days; most people get the link the same day, and Advanced Protection Program accounts are scheduled about two days out. Changes made after you request the download may not appear in the file.
