To cancel a Grok subscription bought on the web, sign in at grok.com, open Settings, then Billing (or go straight to grok.com/?_s=billing), click Manage Subscription and choose to cancel. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel through Apple in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. If you subscribed in the Android app, cancel through Google Play.
As of November 4, 2026, the SpaceXSI (xAI) Grok FAQ says the Manage Subscription button can be blocked by ad blockers or browser extensions, so try a private window or another browser. If that still fails, Grok support can pass the cancellation to the billing team. The SpaceXSI pricing page, which lists the Plus, Premium, Super and Ultra plans, says to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid another charge.
Refunds for web and Google Play purchases go through the xAI Refund Request form, while Apple handles App Store refunds. If you pay for X Premium rather than a Grok plan, X handles that subscription and its refunds.
